I hope everyone has had wonderful holidays and you all are fairing well in this cold snowy start to the New Year. Personally, I am over it and it can warm up anytime soon. I want to share our new members that we have received through our relationship with The Hantz Group.

Giving us a grand total of 174 new members in 2025.
So, our relationship with the Hantz Group continues to help our organization, it may not seem like a lot, but we are grateful for what we have gotten. Getting new members is an ongoing challenge and it will take all of us to continue to grow our organization.
Everyone should have gotten their new BCBSM/MA card, don’t forget to give your new card to your providers. Keep your old card until ALL your provider have successfully transitioned to the new card. I have received several calls that retirees have gone to get medical care and have been told they have no medical coverage. They didn’t open their mail to discover they got a new card. If you didn’t receive a new card in November/December, then call BCBSM and let them know.
I want to wish Jackie Russell a speedy recovery and thank her for getting the directory done during her recovery period. You are very much appreciated.
I look forward to talking to everyone on our February Executive Board call.
