I received the below e-mail from Employee Benefits regarding the Shingles Vaccine:

We were advised last week that the update to the OptumRx system for the shingles vaccine has been completed. Once we receive information in regards to when refunds will be issued for those retirees that were charged the $30 copay, we will ensure that it is passed along. Once again I am sorry for the inconvenience that this has caused our retirees.
